Trehan Group to invest Rs 125 crore in plotted housing project in Neemrana
NEW DELHI: Trehan Group will invest Rs 125 crore to develop Trehan Vilasa City project in Neemrana, Rajasthan. Spread over 40 acres, the project will consist of 641 residential plots.
The price of plots range from Rs 16 lakh to Rs 30 lakh and are available in different sizes—ranging from 90 sq meter to 200 sq meter.
The developer claims to have secured RERA registration and other required approvals for the development of the project and will complete the project in one year from now.
Last year, the group had forayed into Gurugram real estate market with the launch of 320 independent floors priced in the range of Rs 1.27 crore to Rs 4 crore. It also has presence in Faridabad and Navi Mumbai.
