Brigade launches Ebony at Brigade Orchards, expected to generate ₹380 crore in revenue

Brigade Group has announced the launch of a premium residential project, Ebony at Brigade Orchards, which is expected to generate ₹380 crore in revenue. The project spans a total development area of 0.5 million square feet in Devanahalli.

Ebony at Brigade Orchards is a joint venture residential project within the 135-acre Brigade Orchards township.

This comes after its recent launch in Chennai with the launch of Brigade Altius, which has a revenue potential of ₹1,700 crore.

Founded in 1986, Brigade Enterprises Ltd. operates across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Gift City-Gujarat, Thiruvananthapuram, Mangaluru, and Chikkamagaluru with developments across residential, office, retail, and hotels.

The company reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹236 crore for its third quarter of FY2, growing by 322 per cent increase from the corresponding quarter last year. The growth, it noted was attributed to the completion of two residential towers each in Hyderabad and North Bengaluru.

The shares of the company closed at ₹948.45, down by 2.73 per cent on the BSE.
