Ahmedabad civic body seals 16 commercial units for lack of BU permission
AHMEDABAD: On Tuesday, the civic body’s town planning and estate management department sealed 16 commercial units in Viratnagar.
The department teams sealed 12 units in Block A of Falak Heights and four more units in Block B of the same society. The sealed units were operating without valid BU permissions.
“Owners of the properties that were sealed today were issued notices to get BU permissions. However they ignored the notices and continued operating in illegal constructions,” an Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation official said.
