DevX launches 1.5 lakh sq ft space in Noida

NEW DELHI: DevX, a managed office space provider, has launched two centres with combined area of 1.5 lakh sq ft in Noida. The centers have a seating capacity of 2,000 and will be operational by 2022-end.

The company also plans to add two lakh sq ft within the next one year in the city.

Umesh Uttamchandani, COO of the company said, “Our new Noida center will be spread across two centres i.e. 50,000 sq. ft. and 1 lakh sq ft, with a further 2 lakh sq. ft. added, before Q2, 2023. This center will strengthen our position in North India with Jaipur, Raipur and Chandigarh centres getting operational in a month’s time from today. We are a national operator now having presence in 11 cities and 20 centers.”

DevX plans to invest Rs 60 crore to double it’s portfolio and have a pan-India presence by 2022 end.
