Hyderabad development body’s lottery for Rajiv Swagruha flats on March 3

HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority has announced that it would hold a lottery for leftover flats of Rajiv Swagruha Corporation in Bandlaguda and Pocharam on March 3. .

There are more than 1,000 flats including 3-BHK, 2-BHK and 1-BHK which were unsold in the previous bids. Officials said those who can pay the token advance of ₹3 lakh, ₹2 lakh and ₹1 lakh for 3-BHK, 2-BHK and 1-BHK flats before February 15 are eligible for the lottery.

Meanwhile, the HMDA also conducted a pre-bid meeting for auctioning 50 plots of 300 sq yards each in Medipally and officials claimed there was an overwhelming response.

During the meeting officials explained the advantages of HMDA plots which have title guarantee and for which building permissions can be obtained without hassle.
