WeWork India opens over 55,000 sq ft space in Pune, over 61,000 sq ft space in Bengaluru

NEW DELHI: WeWork India has opened two new buildings having close to 2,000 desks in Pune and Bengaluru respectively.

The workspace at WTC Pune spans over 55,000 sq ft, and the newly opened Embassy Sunriver in Bengaluru spread across over 61,000 sq ft.

Karan Virwani, CEO of the company, said, “As India witnesses an increased adoption of hybrid work models with the gradual return to work. With the launch of our two new spaces, we reaffirm our commitment to long term expansion and growth.”

The company claim to have witnessed over 65% occupancy at the buildings on the day of opening. Both buildings have been launched to collaborate with builders like Panchshil and Embassy REIT.
